Sharni Vison, an Australian-American dancer and actress was born 22 July 1983, in Sydney Australia. In the year 201, she made her acting debut on the Australian soap opera titled Home and Away. She was in a minor role for only two episodes. Her role was selected to play the main character in the Australian soap opera Home and Away as her performance on this particular part was so impressive that the casting agents wanted her to play different roles. Although she did try out for the role, it was not selected. Instead, she was cast in the series as Cassie Turner. The character is struggling girl living with foster parents. Her role was so much loved by both the viewers and critics on the program. In 1997, she starred in The House of Yes. Scary Movie 2, 2001 and Kiss the Bride. She then moved on to independent films. In 2019, she reprised Donna Martin's part in Beverly Hills 90210 spin-off.
